Mission of the Women of Achievement Award

In collaboration with the Katy-Fulshear (TX) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and the FACT Foundation, the annual Women of Achievement: Diamond Recognition banquet recognizes and celebrates the enduring contributions and record of accomplishments of women in their field of endeavor. Whether in medicine, law, science, engineering, architecture, business, education, non-profit organizations, or other fields of human endeavor, we honor and celebrate the woman of achievement all year, especially at our Women of Achievement: Diamond Recognition.
